iseemedia’s Photo Stitcher Ships on over 10 Kodak Digital Still Cameras; Solution Addresses Photo Sharing Craze and Vertical Industry Use

TORONTO, ONT – July 18, 2007- iseemedia Inc. (TSXV:IEE), a leading provider of rich content adaptation and delivery solutions for web and wireless, announced today that its iseephotovista, “in-camera” panoramic photo stitching solution, is now shipping on more than 10 digital camera models from Kodak, including entry level models for consumers who frequently upload photos to the web. iseemedia’s patented technology enables users to easily capture and seamlessly create panoramic images without using a PC to edit the photos.

“We continue to build on our relationship with Kodak which we first announced last year,” said Anthony DeCristofaro, president & CEO at iseemedia. “Our initial entry with Kodak was aimed at professional markets. Kodak’s new entry level cameras with iseephotovista allow many Facebook and Flickr users, among others, to share new immersive photo experiences on the web.” Under its agreement with Kodak iseemedia receives a royalty from every camera with iseephotovista shipped. Management’s reports indicate that iseephotovista is shipping on more than ten camera models.

iseephotosvista extends the convenience and functionality of Kodak digital cameras by allowing users to capture and create new content with images they’ve taken. By selecting the panoramic feature on the camera’s LCD screen users can process a three-shot panorama on the camera with perfect alignment and colour matching. The technology is compact and scalable, supporting images from one to five megapixels. The final creations can be transferred to a PC, uploaded to a social networking service, transferred to an online printing service, or printed on a home printer. The in-camera stitching maximizes camera resolution by seamlessly adding images together and aligning them.

Panoramic images are becoming more ubiquitous and have proven highly beneficial in various business applications, such as real estate, travel and tourism, insurance, and law enforcement. As stitching becomes a more standard feature in digital cameras it’s expected that more consumers will take up immersive photography in their image capture and sharing activities.

Market research firm InfoTrends reports that well over 8 billion images were shared in 2006 via email, web sites, social networks, and MMS. There are now over 100 photo sharing sites in existence. Other research has identified photo sharing as one of the most effective user generated content categories for the entire hospitality industry.

“While the Internet will continue to play a pivotal role in connecting users with user-generated content the immediate revenue opportunities will revolve around the ecosystem which supports the creation of content, which includes digital cameras with onboard editing,” added DeCristofaro.
