ISEEMEDIA INC. ANNOUNCES $8.0 MILLION BOUGHT DEAL

TORONTO, May 23 - iseemedia Inc. (TSX-V:IEE)  – iseemedia Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Cormark Securities Inc., on behalf a syndicate of underwriters led by Cormark and including Orion Securities and Wellington West Capital Markets, pursuant to which the underwriters have agreed to purchase 10,000,000 Units at a price of $0.80 per Unit for gross proceeds of $8.0 million. Each Unit shall consist of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant shall be exercisable at any time for one common share at a price of $1.00 per share for a period of 18 months following Closing. The Corporation has granted the underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase an additional 1,500,000 Units at any time prior to closing. The Corporation will file a preliminary short form prospectus in each of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario for the purpose of qualifying the common shares for distribution to the public on or before May 29, 2007 and the offering is scheduled to close on or about June 19, 2007.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used for continued development of iseemedia technologies, commercial deployment of the iseedocs and iseepublish platforms and general corporate purposes. The offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and the securities regulatory authorities.
