TORONTO, CANADA – November 3, 2006 - iseemedia Inc. (TSX–VENTURE:IEE), announced today that Jacques Gagnier has resigned as a director of the company effective immediately. Mr. Gagnier was instrumental in the completion of the qualifying transaction in 2005, and as an officer of the capital pool corporation that iseemedia merged with, he played an active role during the merger process and also through the transition period.
