iseemedia Licenses iseephotovista™ to One of the World’s Leading Digital Camera Manufacturers

Toronto, Ontario – June 20, 2006 – iseemedia Inc. (TSX-V: IEE), a technology leader in the development of advanced, rich content creation, adaptation and delivery solutions for web and wireless applications, today announced that it has signed a royalty-based licensing agreement with one of the world’s leading digital camera manufacturers (the “customer”).  Under terms of the agreement, iseemedia will generate revenue on a per unit basis by licensing its patented iseephotovista™ photo stitching software to the customer.  The OEM will embed the application in its digital cameras to enable users to capture and seamlessly create full panoramic photographs without the need for a desktop computer.  The customer expects to ship several million iseephotovista™ enabled units beginning in fall 2006.
