iseemedia Inc. Retains Leading Investor Relation Firm

TORONTO, ON, October 21, 2005 - iseemedia inc. ("iseemedia" or "the Company") (TSX-V: IEE) announced today that it has retained The Equicom Group Inc. ("Equicom") to provide the Company with strategic investor relations and financial communications services.

"We believe implementing a strong investor and public relations program will complement the Company's strategic initiatives and expected milestones in the months ahead."

Equicom provides strategic communications services to more than 75 Canadian public companies across a diverse range of industries. iseemedia will pay Equicom a monthly retainer fee of $6000 per month for professional services. The initial contract term is for six months. Neither Equicom nor any of its principals has an ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in iseemedia or its securities, and the Company has not granted Equicom or its principals any right to acquire such an interest. The principals of Equicom are: Barry Hildred, President; Jason Hogan, Executive Vice President; Scott Kelly, Senior Vice President, Creative Services; and Mike Polonsky, Senior Vice President.
