Anthony DeCristofaro | President & CEO
Anthony is a 25-year veteran in the computer industry. Prior to establishing iseemedia, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MGI Software, which he co-founded in December 1995. Prior to MGI Software, Anthony was a founding board member of Delrina Corp., which was subsequently purchased by Symantec. From 1991 to 1995, Anthony was Vice President and General Manager of AST Canada, a computer hardware company. From 1987 to 1991, Anthony worked as General Manager at NEC Canada, a computer hardware company. Anthony holds an Advanced Business Administration degree from York University.

David Berman | Chief Financial Officer
Since graduating from York University's Schulich School of Business in 1983 with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree, David has worked as a financial consultant and financial officer for both private and public companies. David also serves as Chief Financial Officer for Hedman Resources Limited, a public company on the TSX Venture Exchange. From 1999 to 2002 David served as the chief financial officer, vice-president of finance and secretary for Brandera Inc., a Nasdaq and TSX Venture listed company. David 's tenure with Brandera involved extensive experience in the field of online image technology and portal development for the creative industry.

Elie Makhoul | Vice President, Engineering & Chief Technology Officer
With over 12 year's of experience in the field of telecommunications, Elie brings a broad spectrum of skills and expertise in delivering large scale solutions to mobile operators. In his role as Vice President, Engineering and Chief Technology Officer, Elie is responsible for iseemedia’s overall wireless product definition and development.

Prior to iseemedia, Elie held various positions within the industry and most recently at Wysdom where he carried out various roles, including technical management for the development, customization and delivery of carrier grade service delivery platform. Prior to Wysdom, he worked for, and co-founded, start-ups in mobile application development. Earlier in his career, Elie worked for CGI managing large scale billing and customization projects for Bell Canada.

Elie holds a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) in Aeronautical Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.

Marc A. Berger | Chief Scientist
Marc Berger serves as patent agent for several companies in the software industry. Marc was formerly Chief Scientist of MGI Software where his responsibilities included intellectual property, technology evaluation, and liaison with industry consortia and standards bodies. Prior to MGI, Marc was Chief Scientist for Live Picture, Inc. and for OliVR Corporation, Ltd., an Israeli software firm that specialized in digital image compression and processing tools. Marc is also a consultant for the Weizmann Institute of Science, and served as Chairman of the Technical Committee and board member for the International Industry Imaging Association (I3A -- formerly the Digital Imaging Group). Earlier Marc was on the faculty at Carnegie Mellon University and the Georgia Institute of Technology. He was an appointed member of the U.S. National Research Council (NRC) Panel for the Assessment of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Ravi K. Gananathan | Vice President, Product Marketing
Ravi has over 18 year’s experience in leading engineering and marketing teams. He has marketed products to world-wide PC, Consumer Electronics and Mobile Phone OEMs and is intimately familiar with various business practices, product development cycles and the OEMs’ and Carriers’ requirements. Prior to joining iseemedia, Ravi led AMD’s Handheld Product Marketing team and was instrumental in developing the marketing and customer strategies that secured numerous design wins for the company that led to the shipment of nearly 300M Imageon components worldwide. At Aversan – a small software start-up – Ravi was the Director of Marketing and played a crucial role in developing their business strategy and securing their first multi-million dollar project with Honeywell Canada. Prior to these positions, Ravi held various senior managerial roles in marketing, as well as in engineering at ATI Technologies Inc., Zight Inc., Telepanal Systems Inc. and George Kelk Corporation.

Ravi holds a B.A.Sc (Electrical Engineering) from University of Waterloo and an MBA (Marketing & Finance) from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney, Australia.

Madhukar Murthi | Vice-President, Business Development
Madhukar Murthi joins iseemedia Inc. as Vice President and has more than 10 year’s of experience in the mobile, telecom and enterprise space.  Prior to joining iseemedia, Madhukar held the position of Director of Sales and Market Development for EMEA at Sandvine Inc.  In this role he helped the company enter new markets in the Middle East and South Asia.  From January 2004 to 2006 Madhukar was at Slipstream (now a subsidiary of RIM) heading up sales in Asia-Pacific, Middle East and South Asian markets.  After spending six (6) years at Easylink Services Corp. in a similar role, Madhukar was tasked with managing Easylink’s Indian subsidiary, which included four (4) sales offices.  It quickly became the dominant Unified Messaging service provider in the country, displacing well established competitors and also supported Easylink’s international customers outside North America.  Madhukar holds a BA in International Relations from Tuft’s University.

Ihor Petelycky | Vice President, Strategic Business Alliances - Imaging Products Group
Ihor spent six years at MGI Software as Director of Product Management, General Manager, Video Division, and most recently as Chief Product Strategist. Ihor graduated with a Communications degree from Loyola University in Montreal and worked in television with TV Ontario and as a partner in SCI Productions. Ihor then moved into the computer field where, at Picture Data Inc., he managed marketing and business development for a Videotex-based Unix Transaction Processing Server (UNITASC). At LanWorks Technologies, Inc. and at LanSource, Inc. as VP of Marketing and Business Development, Ihor was responsible for the development of strategic relationships with key industry leaders such as 3Com, IBM, Microsoft, and others.

Steven C. Marques | President and COO, RealBiz360
Most recently Vice-President, Sales & Marketing at Omnigon BioSciences, Steven spent six years at MGI Software, where he held a number of positions, most recently, Director of Sales. Prior to MGI, he was North American Sales Manager at Delrina Corporation. Steven minored in medical sciences and imaging at the University of Washington and received an Electrical Engineering degree. He was also one of the founding team of Egghead Discount Software and was National Sales Manager for Allsop Inc.
