Anthony DeCristofaro, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. DeCristofaro is a 25-year veteran in the computer industry. Prior to establishing iseemedia, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MGI Software, which he co-founded in December 1995. Prior to MGI Software, Mr. DeCristofaro was a founding board member of Delrina Corp., which was subsequently purchased by Symantec. From 1991 to 1995, Mr. DeCristofaro was Vice President and General Manager of AST Canada, a computer hardware company. From 1987 to 1991, Mr. DeCristofaro worked as General Manager at NEC Canada, a computer hardware company. Mr. DeCristofaro holds an Advanced Business Administration degree from York University.

Harvey Goldberg, Director
Mr. Goldberg has served as a director of iseemedia since March 2002. He also served as a director of MGI Software Corp. from April 1996 to February 2002. From 1995 until his retirement in February 2003, Mr. Goldberg served in a number of executive positions with ToyMax International Limited, a NASDAQ listed toy manufacturing and international distribution company, and Executive Vice President of ToyMax, Inc., a company affiliated with ToyMax International.

Michael Lipton, Q.C.
Michael Lipton, Q.C. is a member of the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada and is a senior partner practicing with the firm of Elkind, Lipton & Jacobs LLP, which was established in 1970 in Toronto. Mr. Lipton has served as a director on various boards of public and private institutions, private companies and a public company.

David J Pasieka, BSc, MBA, C Dir, CEO Cedarvue Partners
David Pasieka is a visionary leader who brings over 26 years of global experience serving in many of Canada’s leading technology companies, including Bell Canada, CNCP Telecommunications, Unitel, MetroNet Communications, AT&T Canada, 724 Solutions, Oasis Technology and eFunds International. During 1996 to 2002, David executed two of Canada’s most successful IPO’s – MetroNet Communications (Local Telecom Fiber Network) and 724 Solutions (Wireless Banking ASP). In 2002 he was appointed the CEO of Oasis Technology. Currently operating under the banner of Cedarvue Partners, David consults early stage Technology companies in developing Turn-around or Growth strategies. He sits on the Advisory Board of NTG Clarity Networks and is an active Board member of Luxell Technologies - a Canadian Aerospace company.

David has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo and a Masters of Business Administration from York University. He has recently obtained his Chartered Director (C. Dir) designation from McMaster University.

Damian Cristiani, Partner, Dresden Capital
Damian Cristiani is currently a Partner of Dresden Capital. Dresden is a Boutique Merchant Bank that specializes in raising capital for young emerging growth companies. Mr. Cristiani’s interests are in IT and in On-line Media companies.

Prior to joining Dresden Capital, Mr. Cristiani was co-founder and President of Triad Distributors - a successful software distribution company, selling to all the major retailers in Canada. As well, in 1995, Mr. Cristiani founded Global Star Software, a company that specialized in publishing Value software.

In 1999 both companies were sold to Take Two Interactive Software Inc. Mr. Cristiani became President of both Triad (currently known as Jack of all Games Canada) and Global Star Software and was instrumental in driving sales in excess of $100M. Take 2 Interactive Software, Inc. is a US-based company listed on Nasdaq.

Roger Rai
Roger Rai is the director of Development for C.O.R.E. Feature Animation in Toronto, Canada.

Previously Rai was the founder and VP - Business Development of Fastvibe Inc., a web casting company that provides rapid transmission of client content worldwide via an internet network - large graphic files or dynamic content with frequent refreshes - using the fastest, most available servers. Their clients included Fidelity Investments and Magna Entertainment. Rai and C.O.R.E. are presently involved in discussions with many different studios to develop and produce their next animated feature.

Roger Rai has held various managerial positions at Rogers Cablesystems and Rogers Wireless - Canada's largest Communications Company. Roger also sits on the board of Mint Inc., Zoolander Corp., and is the Chair Emeritus of the OnexOne Foundation (www.onexone.org)
