Robert Lorsch
Robert H. “Bob” Lorsch is a Los Angeles businessman, entrepreneur and philanthropist whose professional career spans 35 years, mainly in advertising, sales promotion and telecommunications. Early in his career, Mr. Lorsch became widely known for his innovation and marketing acumen. He is described in the book, Barbarians Led by Bill Gates: Microsoft from the Inside, as “a marketing mastermind - a magician who believed anything was possible and simply wouldn’t take no for an answer.” In late 1994, Mr. Lorsch co-founded and was CEO of SmarTalk TeleServices, Inc., a prepaid long distance calling card company that went public in 1996. The company became one of the largest providers of prepaid telecommunications products and services in the world and was sold to AT&T in 1999. Today, Mr. Lorsch continues to pursue entrepreneurial business opportunities in the private sector. He serves as Chairman & CEO of MyMedicalRecords.com, Inc. www.MyMedicalRecords.com, a web-based product that provides users secure online access to their personal health records and vital documents such as living wills, birth certificates and insurance information. Mr. Lorsch also heads up the investment and development firm, The RHL Group, Inc., with diverse interests in e-commerce, nutritional pet products, biotechnology and television production. Mr. Lorsch has received numerous awards and proclamations for his public spirit, including the prestigious “C” Flag Private Sector Initiative award from the White House during the Reagan administration for his work in raising millions for financing state and local earthquake preparedness education.

Jeff Sagansky
Jeff Sagansky has served as President of Tri-Star Entertainment where he greenlighted such films as "Look Who's Talking," "Peggy Sue Got Married," "Steel Magnolias," and "Glory." In 1990, he joined CBS as head of programming, where he engineered CBS's ratings rise from third to first place in a mere 18 months. While there, CBS developed such critically acclaimed series as "The Nanny," "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman," "Touched By An Angel," "Picket Fences" and the cult favourite "Northern Exposure." In 1996, he joined Sony as co-President of Sony Pictures Entertainment in charge of Worldwide Television and Strategic Planning for the studio. At Sony, he oversaw the purchase of Telemundo and the Loews-Cineplex merger. In 1998, Sagansky became President and CEO of Paxson Communications Corporation, owner of PAX TV. During his four-year tenure at Paxson, PAX's network distribution grew from 60% of U.S. TV households to almost 90%.

Victor D. Hanna
Victor is a Partner and a member of the Investment Committee of Hybrid Capital. Victor is responsible for Portfolio Management and origination of new investments. Prior to Hybrid Capital Victor Hanna was Managing Director at Comdisco Ventures, where he was responsible for portfolio management, restructuring/workout, billing, collection and eventually the sale of a venture debt and equity portfolio of over two billion dollars. In this capacity he personally originated over $220mm of debt and equity investments and a fund of funds pool of over $120mm. He oversaw more than thirty-five people in San Francisco, Chicago and Boston. Victor started his career at Nicholas - Applegate in San Diego where he was an Investment Analyst in the Emerging Markets Group. Victor has a degree in Law from the University of San Diego. He holds a BA/BS from the University of California in both Political Science and Geology. He was formerly an officer in the US Army and has served in a number of theatres including the Gulf and Panama.

Marc Berger
Marc Berger serves as patent agent for several companies in the software industry. Mr. Berger was formerly Chief Scientist of MGI Software where his responsibilities included intellectual property, technology evaluation, and liaison with industry consortia and standards bodies. Prior to MGI, Mr. Berger was Chief Scientist for Live Picture, Inc. and for OliVR Corporation, Ltd., an Israeli software firm that specialized in digital image compression and processing tools. Berger is also a consultant for the Weizmann Institute of Science, and served as Chairman of the Technical Committee and board member for the International Industry Imaging Association (I3A -- formerly the Digital Imaging Group). Earlier Mr. Berger was on the faculty at Carnegie Mellon University and the Georgia Institute of Technology. He was an appointed member of the U.S. National Research Council (NRC) Panel for the Assessment of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
